The Story of the Route

If we randomly asked 10 black goats which is the most beautiful peak in the Carpathians, at least 6 would say it's Negoiu.

If you've been before, it's time to come back. If you haven't been... you really have to see this wonder.

If we were writing the text with the robot, we would tell you that it's not just a tour, it's an experience that connects you deeply with nature. Lucky we write our texts ourselves

The plan is simple.

On Friday evening we climb to Cabana Negoiu , where we eat something good and rest for Saturday.

If this is your first time there, we'll tell you that they haven't received Michelin stars yet, but you can definitely find some good fries and polenta.

The next day, we set off towards the summit.

Negoiu is not only tall. He is also serious.

The route takes us through alpine terrain, with rocky areas and passages that require attention, but without major technical difficulties.

In short: a classic tour, exactly how a Făgăraș experience should be.

Final

If we were constantly hiking Mont Blanc or the Matterhorn, this would be an easy hike. But we're not (yet) going.

So, for us, it's definitely that kind of serious...and memorable tour.
